Privacy

Your email address (via Supabase Auth), any optional profile fields you choose to add (first name, last name, public display name, handle), your visibility settings, your OWN/WANT records, and ordinary timestamps (e.g. when your account and each record were created or last changed).

RARIVUM is available only to people who are at least 16 years old — see Terms.

Creating an account uses Supabase Auth with an email address and password. Signing in sets a session cookie so the app knows you're signed in on later requests. No other identity provider or login method is used.

From /account you can optionally add a first name, last name, a public display name, and a unique handle. First and last name are private by default; they're only shown on your profile page if you separately turn on “Show full name.” None of these fields are required to use the app.

Marking an Edition as owned (OWN) or wanted (WANT) records which Edition and when — no purchase price, condition notes, or serial numbers are collected by any current part of the app.

Your profile, collection, and wishlist each have an independent visibility setting, defaulting to Private:

• Private — visible only to you, signed in.
• Unlisted — visible to anyone who has your specific share link (/shared/…); regenerating that link immediately invalidates the old one.
• Public — visible to anyone at your profile's public URL (/collectors/your-handle).

Whether your profile, collection, and wishlist are visible to anyone else is entirely your own choice, changeable at any time from /account. If your profile itself is private, your collection and wishlist are never publicly reachable, regardless of their own settings. A public or unlisted profile never shows your email, your account ID, or anything beyond what's described above.

Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Vercel (hosting) are the technical providers behind RARIVUM.

RARIVUM uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view counts. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data — see About for more on the project. No other analytics or advertising service is used.

You can delete your own account at any time from /account (Danger zone). This removes your account and every record tied to it — profile fields, handle, share links, and your OWN/WANT records — from the active system immediately. As with any hosting provider, deleted data may still exist for a period within Supabase's or Vercel's own backup systems, on the schedule each of them documents, before it is fully purged.

RARIVUM does not yet have a registered legal entity. Once one is established, this page will be updated with the controller's identity and contact details.
